Aside from R&D ecosystem and supporting services, Thailand Science Park also set up the Business Incubation Center. Its aim to support startup technology-based businesses from the beginning until they are able to sustain operation and compete in the market by providing ranges of supports that suit their need during the development stage. Our work is to enable the incubatee to turn innovation into commercializable product with well business plan. With the following range of services to get their business financially viable and able to sustain in the competing market.
1. Business Diagnose to evaluate business capability and jointly create incubation plan.
2. Advance Training Service to enhance business skills including negotiation, selling, presentation, product positioning and so forth.
3. Consulting Service from marketing specialist to study product feasibility, financial, tax & legal, costing, and management skills. There will be 4 meeting sessions (6 hour/session) for each company based on Business Diagnosis Report.
4. Business Networking to promote public-private partnership in joint marketing activities such as exhibition, trade show and contest.
5. Marketing Assistant via local and international press media
6. Financial Linkage or joint investment from local and international fund sources
