Bare Space

Each lab space equipped with superb utility system includings:

  • Electric System: 3 phase, 40 A for normal line, and 1 phase, 50 A for emergency line
  • Water Supply System: for wet lab only
  • Cold Water for Air Conditioning: Cold water with split type piping for each unit for air conditioning 
  • Telecommunication System for internal and external communication, with  broadcasting system within the building

          The Thailand Science Park was set up in 2002 on 80 acres of land as a hub for more than 2,700 leading researchers. It is strategically located with close proximity to Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). This proximity provides the opportunity for corporate tenants to commercialize their R&D faster and lower cost. TSP, therefore, is the most suitable location for R&D and offer comprehensive rental space designated for R&D activities for private companies. The 300,000 sq.m. build-up space comprised of:

Pilot Plant

          After lab scale, the R&D output will require pilot production or scaling up process before commercialization to ensure the success of the innovation. TSP pilot plant is built to facilitate and install large production machinery to serve the need. Tenant can fasten the innovation through knowledge sharing within the researchers and technology oriented personnel in the community. TSP is also a place where technology is transferred for innovation commercialization.
