CREST Water is an international and innovation-driven water treatment solutions provider. Our application expertise covers process water, drinking water, water reuse, wastewater, and other water-related sectors.

We are looking for a graduate or experienced R&D Chemist to work in renowned industrial water laboratory developing new products following established test procedures in our laboratory at NSTDA (TSP).

Report to: Vice President of Technology (Based in UK)

Must have good analytical skills, accuracy, precision, good oral and written communication skills, be able to work in a team. Able to work in a flexible environment with multiple priorities and solve problems as they arise.

Furthermore, develop new test methods in existing or new areas of business. Also support internal and external customers worldwide hence require good spoken and written English.

Job responsibilities:

1. Being responsible for product development (Water treatment and agrochemicals products), create new formulas, and lead new product development starting from product concept, and manage the develop process to ensure that it meets customer expectations and fulfill their satisfaction.
2. Developing strategies for product development and manufacturing to support the business.
3. Collaborating with customers and suppliers to resolve problems.
4. The ability to learn and execute according to policy, CGM, ISO, ERP, and other applicable regulations is essential.
5. Updating documentation, including providing technical information support.
6. Must follow health and safety protocols internally and externally.
7. Any other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor of chemical engineering, chemistry, material, petrochemical and related field.
2. Bachelor’s degree candidates are welcomed to start their career or candidates with industrial laboratory experience in R&D or product development in chemical industry or related industries will be considered.
3. Having leadership skills with ability to lead, inspire, and engage teams through a collaborative approach.
4. Having ability to interact effectively within the international company and worldwide customers in a team-oriented environment.
5. Able to work under pressure and business dynamics and ability to manage multiple priorities.
6. Result-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally & written with all levels within all business functions.
8. Good command of both Thai & and English (Speaking, reading, and writing).
9. Computer proficiency in MS office.
