Acquaintance Enterprises Limited is a fast-growing, Hong Kong-based technology company specialising in the research and development of logistics systems and platforms. Our flagship product, LOGFLOWS, offers an intelligent one-stop solution for logistics companies and their customers, streamlining the management of overland and trucking operations. To support our expanding activities across the Asia region, we are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our new Thailand Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project pre-studies, including identifying scope, key stakeholders, project milestones, and roadmaps.
• Perform data sourcing gap analysis, identify and propose solutions, and translate requirements for operations and IT development teams.
• Prepare functional specifications to guide IT development.
• Define testing strategies, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Coordinate logistics and project efforts within Thailand and potentially across other ASEAN markets.
•  Drive and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
   

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in project management and business analysis is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of regional market operations is essential.
•  A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.

Salary & Location:

Salary: Starting at 40,000 THB, based on experience.
