TSP SCALE X LANDING PROGRAM

“One Journey Two Ecosystems”

The TSP Scale X Landing Program is a structured soft landing and internationalization initiative developed by Thailand Science Park (TSP) under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). The program supports international startups and innovation driven companies seeking to enter, establish, and grow their presence in Thailand and ASEAN, while enabling Thai startups to expand into international markets through Thailand Science Park's innovation ecosystem and global partner network.

The program is made possible through the collaboration of organizations under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (MDES), and more than 20 partners from industry, academia, investment, and the public sector.

Rather than asking startups to navigate a new market on their own, Thailand Science Park serves as an ecosystem orchestrator, connecting the right partners, national R&D capabilities, industry demand, market opportunities, and support mechanisms into one coordinated journey. This enables startups to validate markets, develop pilot projects, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate commercialization with greater confidence, lower costs, and reduced market entry risks.

At the heart of the program is a shared vision among all partners: to build a stronger, more connected, and sustainable startup ecosystem where both Thai and international startups can innovate, collaborate, and grow together.

To support international startups entering Thailand and ASEAN while enabling Thai startups to expand into global markets through ecosystem partnerships, market access, and innovation-driven collaboration.
