On 9 April 2026, Thailand Science Park hosted the “Open Innovation @ TSP” event at the INC2 Building, providing a collaborative platform to explore research and development opportunities in two key areas: food products for frontline and emergency situations and nutrition solutions for pre-retirement consumers to support longevity.

The event featured an opening presentation by Ms. Thidarat Rodanant, Managing Director of Sanguan Wongse Industries Co., Ltd., a member of the Thailand Science Park community, who shared the company’s background and its vision for innovation driven research and development.

Ms. Sujinda Thongsri, Acting Director of the Innovation and Key Account Division (IKD) at Thailand Science Park, delivered the welcome remarks. The event attracted more than 20 participating teams, including private sector companies and researchers from National Science and Technology Development Agency National Research Centers. Participants engaged in discussions to co-develop innovative food solutions tailored for frontline applications and ageing populations.

This initiative reflects Thailand Science Park’s strong commitment to fostering collaboration between industry and research institutions. By supporting the development of innovative food products for both emergency response and an ageing society, the Park continues to play an active role in driving sustainable national development.
