On 18 March 2026, Thailand Science Park (TSP), under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), played a key role at the GreenBiz HK Forum in Bangkok, reinforcing its position as a strategic connector for innovation, partnerships, and sustainable growth across Asia.
Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the forum brought together over 500 high-level representatives from Hong Kong and Thailand, spanning government, industry, and innovation ecosystems. The event served as a dynamic platform to accelerate cross-border collaboration in green technology and ESG-driven development.
The forum was supported by a Hong Kong Green Team delegation comprising 10 companies specialising in green technology, showcasing cutting-edge solutions and strengthening opportunities for collaboration with Thai partners.
Thailand Science Park was represented by Professor Sukit Limpijumnong, President of NSTDA, and Dr Chularat Tanprasert, Executive Vice President of NSTDA and Director of Thailand Science Park, reflecting Thailand’s strong institutional commitment to advancing sustainability and innovation. The presence of Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt further underscored the growing momentum of green economy collaboration at both national and city levels.
Held at Grande Centre Point Lumphini, the forum featured in-depth discussions on key themes shaping the future of sustainability, including green finance, sustainable banking, green engineering, and carbon tracking. The sessions moved beyond thought leadership, highlighting practical implementation and showcasing how businesses are actively transitioning towards ESG-aligned models.
A key highlight of Thailand Science Park’s participation was its role in bringing forward over five Thai companies specialising in green and sustainability solutions to join the business matching sessions. These sessions created a vibrant platform for direct engagement between Hong Kong and Thai stakeholders, enabling meaningful exchanges, partnership exploration, and potential collaboration opportunities.
The overall atmosphere reflected a clear shift from dialogue to action, with strong intent from participants to co-develop solutions for a more sustainable future.
