Guidelines for Granting Permission to Lease/Utilize Space in Thailand Science Park (TSP)

  • Tenant Application (Renew-contract)
• Engineering & Safety Form

The application shall be accompanied with the following documents and documentation for contract

1. Certificate of company registration, not more than 30 days issues.
2. Vat certificate (phor por 20).
3. Memorandum of Association.
4. Financial Statement for recent calendar year with Certificated Public Accountant CPA's approval.
5. In case of newly established company, please attach a copy of company Bank Statement.
6. Detail of engineering and safety management for laboratory space usage.
7. Other related documents (if applicable).

1. Certificate of company registration, not more than 30 days issued.
2. Copy of ID card/passport of authorized person(s) as specified in company certificate.
3. Copy of ID card/passport (one person) for the witnesses.
