Dr. Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanich , Minister of Science and Technology presided over the press conference on the launch of “Thailand Zero-Gravity Experiment Project” , a cooperation project between the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) , Ministry of Science and Technology, and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on 14 May 2009 at the 1st floor of Phra Chom Klao Building . The proposal can be submitted to NSTDA within 1 June 2009 for consideration by the committee. The owner of selected proposal can join the parabolic flight in Japan in December 2009. NSTDA will support the scholarship for conducting experiment and travel expanse in Japan .
